I went to Rye Harbor and Hampton Harbor today in search of flounder and did not have any luck. I was using clam necks and squid since worms were not available

AHOY Al, I've also fished Rye Harbor and Hampton Harbor for flounder and had no luck. If you have a boat and don't mind a trip, go to Winthrop, MA boat landing. Fish Boston Harbor and you'll find flounder, especially by Deer Island.
Does anyone know when and where to catch flounder?
